IAC GIRLS BASKETBALL: S-VE CLOSES OUT SEASON WITH VICTORY (2019-02-13)

SPENCER - S-VE closed out its season with a 45-27 IAC crossover victory against Lansing here Wednesday evening.

The Panthers blanked Lansing in the second quarter, 12-0, to build a 23-7 cushion at the half.

Madi Sousa led the Panther charge, scoring 11 points. She also had four rebounds and four steals. Tara Perkins had eight points and five rebounds, Madelynn Pasto added eight points and three assists. Sandra Horackova chipped in with eight points, Ava Bruehwiler contributed six points and four assists, and Kathleen Byrne grabbed five boards.

Morgan Boerman led the Bobcats with 13 points, including three 3-pointers.
